I wanted to share something that I believe only solidifies why what we are all doing here in Supra Human truly matters.
For average or low-activity people, age-related muscle loss starts around 30. They lose roughly 3 to 8% of their muscle every decade, and once the 50s and 60s roll around, that decline accelerates sharply. After 60, the loss can accelerate to 10% per decade or more.
But for the members of Supra Human, the ones who show up and put in the work, the story isn’t decline…
it’s possibility.
Because when we train consistently and continually challenge our bodies, muscle loss can slow way down or even reverse.
We level up while the rest of the world lets age win.
But leveling up doesn’t mean aging stops,
it means we learn to stay ahead of it.
Aging will still affect our nerves, hormones, recovery, and metabolism.
Exercise won’t make us immortal, but it will keep us unstoppable for longer.
And if we stop training, the gains will disappear because biology never stops keeping score.
Training won’t make us immune to aging, but it will absolutely rewrite the curve.
Aging, like taxes, is guaranteed.
But how we age is the choice We earn every day.
